This electric knife sharpener is a truly professional model able to cope with any knife that the professional kitchen is likely to use. It may be used with straight edge or serrated blades and also with Asian style knives.
This sharpener will not de-temper the blade. It has three stages for sharpening: Stages one and two use 100% diamond abrasive discs, whilst stage three is a specially formulated polishing disc that hones the knife edge into a super sharp instrument. Built to last in the most demanding environments, the sharpening module is replaceable when necessary.
