The Knife Wizard KE198 is effective, easy to use and great value for money! Producing a professional razor sharp edge this is an electric knife sharpener which is both practical and effective. Equally effective on both traditional and Japanese style knives, even serrated knives.
The sharpening system comprises two spring loaded grinding wheels – one coarse one fine. The grooves on the Knife Wizard hold the knife blade at the optimum angle for sharpening – 15 degrees. The knives are initially sharpened in the coarse section and then finished and hones using the fine section. Made to last for many years, the Knife Wizard KE198 is an effective way of ensuring that your best knives are kept in great condition.
