This one utilises a patented cushion contact system which gives a superb razor sharp finish to all your knives.
The Knife Wizard Electric knife sharpener is produced by the I.O. Shen Knife Company – a Taiwanese manufacturer of quality cooks knives. The patented cushion contact sharpening system used in the Knife wizard KE168 electric knife sharpener is designed to be easy to use. Care and experience will enhance the sharpening effectiveness of this machine.
The KE3000 will sharpen almost any knife – both traditional or Japanese, and even serrated knives.
Comes complete with fine grade abrasives for the finest finish.
