Henckels Knives
Henckels knives are manufactured in Germany by J.A. Henckels and they have been making knives since 1731. The knives are perfectly balanced with a full-length tang, and are made from a balanced steel mix which provides stainless qualities combined with ease of sharpening. The knives are made using Henckels patented Friodour Ice Hardening and Sinter Component technologies.
These new Twin Profection knives are made to be a combination of European and Japanese designs, with a full length blade that is wedge shaped, for a really easy cutting action that offers great stability. The bolster shape is comfortable and safe.
