The Kai Japanese Hardwood 2 in 1 Chopping Board has a special fibre structure which does not damage the blade of the knife; ensuring the board is more durable. This chopping board has two large useful sides; plain on one side and the other side has a gravy well.
The chopping board rests on your worktop securely on four solid anti-slip rubber feet, and due to its’ thickness can even be used for coarse work.
The Kai Hardwood Chopping Board has been well oiled, and when signs of wear-and-tear appear – simple grinding and some oil will bring it back to its original shape.
