The Kai Pure Komachi Japanese Small Fish Knife has a 101cm blade and a 10.8cm handle. This knife is excellent for filleting and slicing fish and you can even use the top of the knife to de-scale the fish.
These Japanese knives have blades made from top quality steel which has been given a coloured coating, similar to Teflon. This coating is very practical as it helps the food slide off the blade once cut.
