The Kai Pure Komachi Japanese Utility Knife has a 10cm blade and a 10.8cm handle. This is a multi-purpose knife which can be used for peeling and slicing fruit and vegetables aswell as cutting cheese.
These Japanese knives have blades made from top quality steel which has been given a coloured coating, similar to Teflon. This coating is very practical as it helps the food slide off the blade once cut.
The Kai Pure Komachi Japanese Utility Knife comes with a stand-up blade cover.
