The Kai Seki Magoroku Magnolia Japanese Knives are much like the Kai Seki Magoroku Red-Wood Japanese Knife range.

The obvious difference being the handle, as it is made from Magnolia wood instead of Red-Wood. The blade is made from top quality steel with 58 ± 1 HRC hardness and also has a mirror finished edge.
It still maintains the traditional Japanese look aswell as the chestnut shaped handle that has been ergonomically designed to fit comfortably in your hand.
The best way to store theses knives, is to keep them in their own individual wooden sheath, ensuring that the blade is not damaged.
