Kai Seki Magoroku Red-Wood Japanese Nakiri Knife (MGR-165N)
The Kai Seki Magoroku Red-Wood Nakiri Knife is a traditional Japanese Vegetable Knife with a 16.5cm blade and a 13.4cm handle. This knife is ideal for chopping up herbs and vegetables, but is not suitable for chopping bones, despite its shape.
The handle on Kai Seki Magoroku Japanese Knives are ergonomically designed so that they’ll fit snugly inside your hand. They are also made from Red-Wood which contain high amounts of oil, giving the knife handle the advantage of being water resistant.
There is a collar between the blade and the handle of this Kai Seki Magoroku Japanese knife which is made from polished polypropylene and complements the modern colour of the wood aswell as giving it that extra professional look.
The blade of these Japanese knives are made from top quality steel with 58 ± 1 HRC hardness, and gives a high cutting performance, as it has gone through the finest polished grinding.
