The Kai Shun Ken Onion Series designed by master US knife designer Ken Onion has added a new highlight to the exclusive Shun series of damask knives.
The design of these chef’s knives harkens back to their traditional beginnings and is defined by a characteristic handle shape designed to comfortably fit all hands, large or small, and to ensure easy handling and effortless cutting. With these goals in mind, the handle’s angle and cross-section have been adjusted and a more gradual transition between the handle and the blade was created.
