Tojiro Supreme Utility Knife 15cm
Tojiro Knives – Tojiro Supreme Knives are crafted in Japan from up to 37 layers of steel. Made from an exceptionally hard steel (Rockwell 60-62 degrees), Tojiro Supreme Knives are superbly sharpened to the finest of edges.
Tojiro Supreme knives are made in the traditional Damascus method providing a very atractive brilliantly shimmering appearance. Whilst the knife edge steel is extremely hard, it is laminated within layers of softer steel that provides a high degree of flexibility to such a hard steel.
With its unique sandblasted non-slip handle, the Tojiro Supreme is a superbly well-balanced knife
Tojiro Supreme knives may be sharpened using a whetstone, for professional results we reccomend a whetstone for sharpening.
