The WMF Grand Gourmet Chefs Knife has a sturdy broad blade which cuts through meat, fish and vegetables, or if the tip of the blade is firm on the work surface this knife can be used to chop herbs, vegetables or nuts.
With its seamless transition from bolster to handle, the knife is very hygenic with no place for foods to get stuck and the handle is designed to fit the hand securely and is constructed from Cromargan – WMF’s trademarked stainless steel which is an alloy of 18% chrome, 10% nickel and 72% steel. This unique metal mix is neutral in flavour, food acid-resistant, hygienic, easy to clean and dishwasher-safe.
