This Knife features a slim double scalloped blade making it ideal for cutting, chopping and peeling.
The double scalloped blade is a genuine innovation from WMF, giving the knife a serrated edge on both sides of the blade meaning an easier more accurate cut.
With its seamless transition from bolster to handle, the knife is very hygenic with no place for foods to get stuck and the handle is designed to fit the hand securely and is constructed from Cromargan – WMF’s trademarked stainless steel which is an alloy of 18% chrome, 10% nickel and 72% steel. This unique metal mix is neutral in flavour, food acid-resistant, hygienic, easy to clean and dishwasher-safe.
