Wusthof knives – this Cooks knife is a fine example of the Wusthof knives flair for design. With a more exagerrated curve to the front of the blade than most cooks knives, this Wusthof knife is designed to be able to “rock” backwards and forwards in a rhythmic fashion when chopping at speed.
The special steel used in the production of Wusthof knives is a blend of chrome-vanadium-molybdenum steel. This confers on Wusthof knives the following qualities: Superb degree of sharpness, retention of cuting edge, highly resistant to staining. The high carbon content means that Wusthof knives are easy to sharpen to their new condition.
